Visual & Manual Inspection
The watch is manually inspected for physical appearance, alignment, and overall presentation.
- Case finishing and surface condition — Checked for uniform polishing, brushing and consistent surface texture
- Dial printing clarity and marker alignment — Verified clean printing and proper alignment of markers/indexes
- Hand alignment at 12 o'clock — Confirmed the hands align closely with the 12 o'clock reference point
- Overall visual condition — Reviewed under close inspection for visible defects or noticeable misalignment
Movement Performance Test (Timegrapher)
The movement is measured using a professional timegrapher. Readings shown are recorded in real time.
Waveform Observation
A clean, stable waveform indicates consistent ticking rhythm and proper escapement function during the test.
- Waveform stability — Observed for a consistent pattern without irregular disruptions
- Signal consistency — Checked for abnormal jumps that may indicate instability
Final Verification
- Final-condition check — Reviewed in its final state prior to packing
- Documentation — QC footage and readings are retained for reference
- Shipment preparation — Packed after inspection is completed
